After being delayed due to sickness, the highly anticipated collaborative album between artists Drake and 21 Savage, “Her Loss” was released on November 4, 2022. We really don’t have to give a quick history on Drake and 21, both are mainstream artists that have topped the charts multiple times, so lets get straight into the review.

The album has 16 songs and it definitely did not disappoint. “Her Loss” started off strong with the first song “Rich Flex” already becoming a popular song. The fact that this is happening because of a joke centered around the song is irrelevant, at the end of the day the song is still getting sung by everyone everywhere. However “Rich Flex” is not the best song, the best song is up to debate and based on opinion. The production on the song is STRONG and very consistent throughout the whole album. Drake and 21 themselves don’t disappoint, they both show up and deliver as expected. Drake shuts down any talk that he is washed and can’t rap anymore. The album only has one feature which isn’t the biggest problem in the world, but a 16 song rap album could definitely use more features but the lack of them doesn’t completely ruin the album. The one feature is from the artist Travis Scott on the song ***** and Millions. Travis Scott does more than deliver and Drake and 21 Savage also do more than we could’ve asked for on this song. The only complaints about the album are lack of features and also a lack of variety. 21 Savage could’ve definitely had more, majority of the album was Drake with his verses overall being longer. Overall the album did not disappoint and will be remembered as an entertaining overall good album.
