Who: Kels Odom, sophomore and student athlete

One thing they are is a great friend. A person you can trust that will be there when needed. Knowing when you are not yourself and willing to check in on you, as well as, make you laugh and cheer you up. The willingness of taking care of others shows. Always willing to listen and takes care of friends and loved ones. You can find all these traits at anytime, they show around friends and loved ones. They are the type of person to put others needs before their own. As well as, they try their hardest to be the best person they can be. 

Their Passions/Personality:

This year Kels made girls JV soccer Team. They can be considered by being passionate about what they love. One of these things include soccer. As well as, they try to try new things. An example of this is just this year they started to learn and play a new position as goalie before they played mid field (right or left). More on the defensive side of the game. Even though may not feel like their the best person for this position they try to put their best foot out there. Also, they work hard, even though they might not have felt comfortable with the position they tried, and ended up helping them. 

Kels can be considered to be a good role model for others. Another example, is being an inspiring person. Even though they may not feel confident for something they try to complete it to the best of their ability. The most important thing to them is helping others and not wanting others to feel left out. Also, knowing as being inclusive towards others and willing to get to know others.
