A Wrinkle in Time Review

Arianna Thomas, Co-Editor

A Wrinkle in time is about a family that gets thrown into turmoil when their father disappears four years prior to where the movie takes place and we see how that has affected the family’s daily lives. Meg, the main character, is still struggling with the disappearance of her father and her own self esteem. However, just when people around her have begun to convince her that her father is never coming back, a couple mystical beings from the world her father is trapped in appear to tell her otherwise, and that’s where this amazing adventure begins.

A Wrinkle in Time is a movie that will surely keep your attention. The cinematography is absolutely breathtaking and very well done. The creators have made a beautiful world where there is nothing but hope. This light hearted drama mixed with adventure and danger is perfect when you’re in the mood to be transported to a different world to experience something outside of your usual day to day life. It is easy to relate to Meg because she deals with a lot of issues that many people struggle with everyday. I wish that I could step into the world these directors and writers have created and meet these characters in real life because they have completely captured my heart. This is a movie that I will never grow tired of.
