Red Dead Redemption 2 Review
November 13, 2018
Red Dead Redemption 2 is set at the end of the 19th century, a time dedicated to turning the Old West into a new civil land. Men and women living on the frontier as the world gradually changes. From hunting for your gang, to ending decades of a Family Feud, this game fully enriches you in what was the 1890’s. Critics rate it as a 10/10 and label this game as a must-play. Personally, I’ve played the game all the way through and there is so many things to do you will never get tired; I would also rate it as high as critics rate it already, but i would rate it higher if I could.
In this game you take on a role of an outlaw named Arthur Morgan. He’s a deep-voiced burly man. As they say in the game: “he’s more of a comedian than a gunslinger.” You are a part of the Van Der Linde gang. They are wanted outlaws on the run, surviving, moving camp to camp. Throughout the game you will risk everything for you and your gangs freedom, and will do anything to get out of their situation. As the game progresses you will want to play more and more as the suspense builds toward the end.
Based on my experience this game will keep you up playing and wanting more. I finished the game already and there is still a number of things to do after the main story. The BETA for Red Dead Online is coming this month (November) in which you and your friends can play together and get things done from East to West. This will liven the game even more with constant updates providing more to do.
I give this game above a 10/10. I had that much fun. I’m now awaiting a new mode for this game to live on even longer. I would suggest to anybody to get this game unless your a bit weak on mature content. The game is rated M for Mature for Violence, Partial Nudity, etc. If you don’t enjoy the open world to explore and thrive in or are opposed to the idea of games having, then I would not suggest to get this game.
For anyone that enjoys a nice story to follow, I implore you go buy it now and you won’t regret it.
