Declan Trevethan, 12, qualifies to the Texas Regional meet for power-lifting after just one meet. He qualified at our home Hays meet on January 18th 2020. He was one of Two powerlifters from Hays to qualify on his first meet of the 2020 season lifting an overall total of 1,135 pounds. He is hoping to qualify for state. “State has been my goal for the past 4 years. I’m hoping this year I get to make it a reality,” Trevethan said.
