Jasmine Barnett is a junior joining Hays Media this year. She’s excited to expand her knowledge in photography. Jasmine came into Hays Media hoping to learn more about writing better stories to catch people’s eye and keeping them interested in her work. She discovered her love of photography from watching her aunt take and edit her cousins pictures when she was younger.

If she isn’t taking pictures, Jasmine’s favorite food is soul food especially shrimp and crab. She also enjoys hanging out with her family and friends and discovering new artists and songs. Her favorite singers are Ella Mai and Tory Lanez.
