On November 18th, live at Pinballz Kingdom in Buda Texas, K8 & The Krushers put on an outstanding show for an unexpecting audience. 11 year old K8 (Kate) took the audience by surprise with her unexpected genre choice. K8 with her amazing stage presence and band performed songs such as “Creeping Death” by Metallica, “Symphony of Destruction” by Megadeth, “Outshined” by Soundgarden, and “Walk” by Pantera.

Female fronted-rock band, K8 & the Krushers consist of 4 members. K8 on lead vocals (age 11), Fuzz on bass (age 9), Derek on lead guitar (age 13), and Alex on drums (age 16). The group altogether has a great harmony and flow. What’s so great about this band is it’s an all kid band doing it better than most of these adults. Plus they have range which is something hard to find nowadays. From grunge, to nu metal, to thrash metal, they’ve got it all and even more.
