Three points secured. The scoreboard says it all for the Hays Hawks boys soccer at one of their previous matches against the Wimberley Texans as they had a great, chilly night taking yet another win to tack onto their victories. With one goal in the net from the Texans, Hays continued to push on, and their hard efforts truly paid off as they took the lead to eventually win the game.
Captain Ethan Vela, 12, said, “We played our game and came away with a 3-1 win. The change of pace with our new coach has been great and I feel like this season we can really do something with our squad. It was also really cool to see the student section filled with fans cheering us on.”
