The new Buc-ee’s is coming closer to you in July of 2026 with 120 to 128 fuel pumps, and up to 200 new jobs.
Buc-ee’s is known to be a famous road trip stop to grab snack and necessities, But with this the new Buc-ee’s being so popular and on interstate 35, things can get really messy, and can even cause big traffic jams. word from Kamari Campbell, 10, said, “As someone who lives close to the new Buc-ee’s being built, I am concerned about the possible large amounts of traffic that could develop due to the tourist attraction, my idea to help the traffic closest to Buc-ee’s could be to add an exit lane to help people be more organized on the road.”
Students love Bucee’s for the Snax and fueling up.
Nevaeh Trejo,11, said, “I’m super excited I’m gonna be there every day I swear.”
But some are reluctant to get excited because of the increase in traffic it will bring.
Bella Cervantes, 10, said, “I am least excited about the amount of traffic the new Buc-ee’s is going to bring. People need to learn how to drive.”
No matter how one feels about the Bucee’s, the store is slated for opening in July.
